I saw an image of a roof made with curved tiles. I feel that God is saying that in the same way that curved roof tiles provide better transportation of water than flat roof tiles, so He desires to form us to be better transporters of His living water.
I heard God saying, “Beloved, allow Me to curve you and to form you so that My living water may flow through you more effectively. Do not be resistant to the bending and the chiseling, but be pliable in My hands, allowing Me to form you into the image that I have in mind. For as you surrender to Me and allow Me to shape you, you will see how effectively I will be able to use you. For I will form you for a purpose and I will equip you to fulfil that purpose. So, come into My presence and allow Me to shape you and to form you, for as I pour out My living waters upon you, you will effectively distribute them to the people around you and you will be an effective vessel through which I can touch the people’s hearts around you. I desire to use you for a mighty purpose.”
I was reminded of Isaiah 64:8 – And yet, O Lord, you are our Father. We are the clay, and you are the potter. We all are formed by your hand.
Ephesians 2:10 – For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
Let us surrender ourselves to God, allowing Him to form us and to mold us, so that we may become that which He has in mind for us.
