I saw an image of a person writing with a quill pen. I feel that God is saying that He desires us to be like instruments in His hand, who yield to His movement. As we do, He will use us for His purposes and plans.
I heard God saying, “Come into My presence, allow Me to reveal to you the plans that I have in store for you. As I do, I desire you to move with My Spirit, to follow My guidance, My direction. I desire you to be like instruments in My hand, which I can use for the glory of My Kingdom. So, come to Me and allow Me to use you, for as you do you will see the great work that I will do through you. For I will use you to bring forth change in this world and I will use you to showcase the glory of My Kingdom. So, allow Me to use you, bend to the move of My Spirit and follow the direction that I have in mind for you. For I will use you mightily for My Kingdom.”
I was reminded of Romans 6:13 – Do not go on offering members of your body to sin as instruments of wickedness. But offer yourselves to God [in a decisive act] as those alive [raised] from the dead [to a new life], and your members [all of your abilities—sanctified, set apart] as instruments of righteousness [yielded] to God.
Let us offer ourselves to God as instruments, willing to be used by Him. Let us yield to the move of His Spirit, following His direction and guidance.
