I saw an image of a desk lamp, shining its light brightly. I feel that God is saying that we should be immersed in His light, allowing His light to shine upon us fully.
I heard God saying, “Beloved, allow My light to shine upon you fully. I desire to increase the intensity with which you experience My presence. Do not hide away or avoid My light, but allow it to shine completely on every part of you. For though it may be uncomfortable, I will bring wholeness and healing in places of darkness, and I will bring in the light into every part of your being. You will experience Me more and more fully, so that you can truly be the light of the world. For I desire My followers to shine the intensity of the light of My presence. I desire you to floresce My presence into the atmosphere around you. So, come into My presence, allow My light to shine upon you and continue to pursue more of Me.”
I was reminded of Matthew 5:14-16 – You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorifyyour Father in heaven.
