I saw an image of a soap dispenser, with a person’s hands cupped beneath it to catch the soap. I feel that God is saying that we should eagerly seek the gifts that He desires to give us, asking Him for them and being willing to receive.
I heard God saying, “Beloved, present your hands to Me cupped and willing to receive. I desire to pour out more of the gifts that I have in store for you, yet I desire you to seek them and to ask Me for them. Come to Me, with open hands, ready to receive all that I have in store for you. I have an abundant supply which I desire to pour out upon you., and as I pour out these things upon you, you will be further purified and cleansed, stepping into the fullness of who I have created you to be. So, do not be afraid to ask, but approach Me with boldness, asking Me for the things that I have in store for you. Ask and it will be given to you, seek and I will bestow these things upon you and I will reveal these things to you. So, come into My presence, ready to receive, and with an expectation and a desire for more.
I was reminded of Matthew 7:7 – Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
Let us approach God with open hands, desiring the more that He has in store for us.
