Infused with God’s Presence

I saw an image of a teapot, and I feel that at this time God is calling us to spend more time with Him. In the same way that a teabag infuses the water around it with its flavour, so God is calling us to come and soak in His presence, being filled with the aroma of His presence.

I heard God saying, “Know that at this time that I am pouring forth something new and fresh, that I am pouring forth a new wave of My fiery presence in this time. For know that as you come and as you draw near to Me, know that you will feel the warmth of My presence, that you will be brewing within My presence, and that that presence will start to coat you with My glory. For know that at this time that I am calling My people to draw even closer to Me, that I am calling them to come into My presence and to linger in that presence, allowing Me to work in them and through them, to mould them, to shape them and to form them. For know that this is a fundamental time spent with Me. And as My people partner with Me and as they come and make space for Me to truly spend time, that will be a fundamental change which will take place within the body of Christ. For My people will start to rise up in maturity, they will start to grow in their authority in Me as they start to realise who I have made them to be, and they will start to take hold of the promises that I have given, rising up into the fullness of what I have desired My body to be.”

John 15:4 – Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.

Psalm 27:4 – One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.

Let us seek to spend time with God, lingering in His presence and allowing Him to further refine us.

Thanks for the message. Such a beautiful picture of the teabag and pot, compared to us being infused with his presence. The more time in His presence, the greater the fragrance and strength of Christ we will carry. The enemy knows this and that is why he tries to distract our attention and time with all kind of different means.
