I saw an image of a garlic. I feel that God is saying that in the same way that the garlic will sprout and grow into a plant when placed in the right conditions, so we will grow when we spend time in His presence. When we spend time with God, His presence shines on us like light, His Spirit waters us and the Word feeds us. In this way, we receive the ideal conditions for growth to take place.
I heard God saying, “Beloved, draw into My presence. Allow My light to grow you, allow My water to nourish you, and allow the food that I give you to strengthen you. Press into Me and rely on Me for I am the source of life. From Me pours all things that give life. So, continue to pursue Me and in My presence you will grow. As you grow in Me, you will see more of Me. I desire our relationship to grow even deeper. Continuously seek Me and come into My presence, reading My word and speaking with Me, for in that place of fellowship, you will grow in Me. “
Psalm 36:9 – “For with You is the fountain of life [the fountain of life-giving water]; In Your light we see light.”
Let us continue to spend time in God’s presence, allowing Him to nurture us and to grow us into the fullness of that which He has in mind for us.
