I saw an image of an eagle, however it kept switching between the eagle and an image of a pigeon. I feel that God is saying that He desires us to step into the fullness of our Kingdom Identities.
I felt God saying, “My child, I desire to give you a new perspective on life. Allow Me to share My vision for your life with you. Allow Me to loosen the hold of the lies of the enemy, that you may see yourself in the way that I see you. The enemy has led you to believe that your identity in Me is less than it truly is. Come and sit with Me and allow Me to show you how I see you; your true kingdom identity. I have made you to be an eagle, who ascends to great heights, entering My presence continually. Do not let the enemy deceive you into believing that you are made to be a pigeon, for I have great plans in store for all of My children.”
I was reminded of 1 Peter 2:9 – “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.”
Let us spend time with God, asking Him to reveal to us the Kingdom Identity that we have received. Let us desire to step into the fullness of the calling He has placed on our lives as we pursue Him continually.
