As I was praying for the island of Ireland, I saw an image of a lighting bolt striking the land. In the same way that lighting brings forth a shaking in the land as it strikes, but then brings forth life, so I feel that God wants to bring a shaking to the nation, bringing forth more of His glory in this place.
I heard God saying, “I will strike this nation with a lighting bolt from heaven. And at the strike, the whole nation will tremble, but I will bring forth life from this. For as this trembling goes through the nation, people will be shaken and they will be shaken awake. And as they become awake, they will turn to Me. They will realise that I require them to be awake and sober. For I am raising up a new generation of warriors for Me, who are watchful. A generation whose eyes are pinned upon Me so that they may see that which I have in store for them. I am bringing forth this nation, so that the people in it may rise forth, that they may come forth, armed and ready for war. For I am calling people out of their slumber and out of their sleep, so that they may stand on the rock that is My name, and that they may boldly proclaim My name. For I am coming in this time, not to comfort but to shake, and to bring something different and something new in this place. For I desire to burst forth in this land, and to bring forth the fullness of the glory of My Kingdom. For those who have turned to Me, and have laid themselves down before Me, fully surrendered as vessels for My use. Those I will rise up so that they may stand in the fullness of that which I have for them. For I will arm them with My words and place My anointing upon them, so that they will go forth in power and in might, for My spirit will go with them. I will guide them and lead them in everything. Those who do not have the courage to stand up for what they believe in, will stand in awe, watching as My true followers step into that place of fully following Me. So, know that I am coming, with a wind that will blow mightily across this nation, and I will remove all that is not of Me, so that there is room for growth and for newness of the things that are in accordance to My plans and purposes.”
1 Thessalonians 5:6 – So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober.
Haggai 2:7 – I will shake all nations, and what is desired by all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory,’ says the Lord Almighty.
Let us be awake and vigilant, keeping our eyes fixed upon Jesus, and following Him fully.
