I heard God saying, “Beloved, I have written your name on the palm of my hand. Do you not realise the love, the deep love, that I have for you? You are special to Me, and you are a masterpiece, for I formed you before the foundations of the earth. You are My children, whom I love dearly. So come to Me, sit with Me and allow My love to enfold you, for I am a loving father and I desire to spend time with my children. Come into My presence, merely desiring to know Me better and to strengthen our relationship. You are dear to Me and I desire you to step into an intimate relationship with Me, where we can share with each other.”
I was reminded of Ephesians 1:4-5 – even as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him. In love He predestined us for adoption to Himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of His will.
Isaiah 49:16 – See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me.
Psalm 139:13-16 – For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place,
when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed body;
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be.
Let us enter God’s courts with thanksgiving for the deep love that He has for us. Let us pursue time in His presence, as we grow closer to Him and enter into a more intimate relationship with our Father.
